Entitled |
Someone who has lived in Jersey for 10 years or more | Can work anywhere and the Employer does not need a licence to employ you |
Licenced |
Someone who is an essential employee | The Employer needs a licence to employ a licenced person |
Entitled to Work |
Someone who has lived in Jersey for five years without a break directly before the card is issued, or is married or is a civil partner to someone who is “Entitled” or “Licenced” or “Entitled to Work” | Can work anywhere and the Employer does not need a licence to employ you |
Registered |
Someone who does not fall into the other groups | An Employer needs a licence to employ a “registered” person |
