This only applies to properties that are not listed on the Register of Buildings and Sites of Architectural, Archaeological and Historical Importance.

Objections and Comments

If you would like to submit comments on a recently advertised planning application, you have 21 days in which to do so from the date it is advertised on the site display. You are encouraged to view the plans and drawings before submitting your comments.  Plans can be viewed at the offices of Planning and Building Services, Customer and Local Services, Phillip Le Feuvre House, La Motte Street, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 8PE or at the Parish Hall.
