Gambling is controlled and Licenced under The Gambling (Jersey) Law 2012 and Regulations made thereunder.

The public are able to gamble only on games, lotteries etc. for which a permit has been issued. All Gambling Licences, Permits, and Registrations are issued by the Jersey Gambling Commission.

These apply to all parties, being either commercial, charitable, or society, that wish to offer gambling to the public.
